Do my images get uploaded to a server?+
Absolutely not. All image processing runs entirely inside your browser using JavaScript and the Canvas API. Your images are loaded into browser memory, processed, and saved back to your device — they never leave your machine. We have no servers that receive your images.
What file formats are supported?+
JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and HEIC/HEIF (iPhone). HEIC files are automatically decoded to JPG in your browser — works natively on Safari, and on Chrome/Firefox on most devices. You can also convert any format to JPG, PNG, or WebP using the Format Conversion tool.
How many images can I process at once?+
There's no hard limit — Pixel Forge processes as many images as your browser can hold in memory. For most laptops, batches of 200–500 images work smoothly. For very large batches (1000+), close other browser tabs first to free up memory.
What is the refund policy?+
All sales are final. Before purchasing, every user gets a complete free trial session — you can process a real full batch and evaluate the tool at no cost.
